A permanent residence permit is a legal identity document issued by the National Immigration Administration to eligible foreigners after they approve their permanent residence in China. This card can be used alone as a personal identity document, and the holder can be used as a legal certificate for occasions where personal identity is required to be proved such as accommodation registration, purchase of car (ship, plane) tickets, etc., and does not need to show his foreign passport.
